Kimley-Horn is looking for a market research coordinator to join our firmwide New Ventures incubator team! You will have the opportunity to drive growth for the firm as we incubate – identify, research, and invest in – new consulting services and technology solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role with great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn’s business in its next stages of growth. 

 

This is an in-office position. 

Responsibilities Cultivate relationships with internal partners across marketing, development, sales, and practiceCollaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams to source innovative ideas, including but not limited to internal communications, outreach, events, and workshopsReview industry reports and publications to identify market trends and disruptions relevant to company innovationVet potential innovation ideas based on market research, including competitor analyses, target market research, and interviewsDevelop business proposals for innovation ideas based on market research and financial analysisWillingness and ability to travel as neededPerform other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or a related field4+ years of experience in a market research roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, outgoing personalityCreative, flexible, organized, and results-orientedExcellent organization and time management skillsTeam player with a positive attitude/client service mentalityBonus: AEC industry experience and/or market research experience
