As part of the Customer Experience, Research and Design team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing this movement.

Support Head of Insights & Research to achieve the assigned goals by leveraging customer insights from both primary and secondary research.

Roles & Responsibilities

Overall research operations support to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of various research projects. Some specific duties include:

Identify and consolidate research needs from various cross-functional teams

Support to deliver on research needs using both primary and secondary research (qualitative and quantitative methodologies)

Leverage existing and innovative research approaches to support the development of AIA brand/product/service strategies and customer-centric culture

Conduct desk research and/or gather 3rd party data on topics relevant to the business

Support business to understand the research data and translate them into potential actions

Manage day-to-day research operations to ensure timely and high-quality output

Develop, curate and organize insights for internal distribution; including design of insights infographics

Design and manage internal insights database to increase utilization of insights

Identify and maintain a pool of qualified research vendors for ongoing research needs

Minimum Job Requirements

 University graduate 

4-6 years related experience

Consumer insights / research roles 

A combination of in-house and research agency experience 

Excellent knowledge and proven record in research project management / execution 

Experience in leveraging different sources of data to draw insights 

Experience in financial service sector would be an added advantage

Detail-oriented and good project management skills

Good communication skills and excellent data visualization skills

Self-motivated, proactive, strong ownership to deliver assigned targets 

Excellent in spoken and written Chinese and English 

Others
