We're looking for an experienced Market Risk Developer to join our team in advancing our risk technologies. If you have experience working with FIX trade flow, market data feeds, and message brokers - we'd love to talk to you.

Responsibilities

Designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software solutions for our risk platformsWriting source codes for new applications, and/or generating and enhancing code for existing applicationsAcquiring client requirements; resolving workflow problems through automation optimizationPartner with Product, Project, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to release high-quality software and ensure its reliable operation in production Maintaining Bank Security Standards and passing Audit requirements on SoftwareUtilizing automated testing tools to perform the testing and maintenance

Requirements

3+ years experience working with java technologies in a microservice architectureProgramming experience in shared codebase: source control, unit testing, continuous integrationQuantitative and statistical skillsStrong experience with data structures, large data sets, and working around data quality and integrity issuesExperience with software architecture, high-performance computing, and databases (SQL, Postgres)Some experience with market risk modelsGreat understanding of risk metrics and tail statisticsProblem-solving aptitudeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMay occasionally work non-standard hours, including nights & weekends, as necessary to support business needs
