What You'll Do

We're offering two distinct roles for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment:

 

1. Marketing Generalist: Assist in organizing client events, ensuring all logistics are in place for a successful execution.

Contribute to creating invitee lists that align with the defined target audience.Prepare draft communications for events, ensuring key messaging is clear.Provide support in internal communications and help coordinate team efforts.Actively participate in training sessions to enhance both technical and soft skills.Work with different teams on various projects and initiatives.Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks within the assigned department.Perform additional tasks as assigned to broaden learning and exposure.

 

2. CRM Role: Handle data entry tasks, including reviewing and updating CRM contacts.

Learn and master essential CRM tools.Adhere to established processes to guarantee the accuracy and quality of contact information.Work closely with leadership and executive assistants to gather necessary information.Track executive changes through public sources and update systems accordingly.Participate in training sessions to enhance both technical and soft skills.Collaborate with various teams on projects and initiatives.Execute other tasks as assigned to broaden your experience and exposure.

 

Both roles provide valuable exposure to different aspects of business operations, offering students the opportunity to develop practical skills and gain real-world experience.



What You'll Bring

Currently enrolled in or completed high school.No prior experience required—just a strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
