Growth Marketing Subscription Acquisition Manager
Onsite in Culver City
We are seeking a strategic and exceptional individual to support subscription marketing efforts aimed at growing our services businesses. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including marketing, product, engineering, design, business development, and data analytics, to drive activation and subscription for entertainment and sports services. This is a contract position based in Culver City, California.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at identifying ways to enhance efficiency and support team efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry.
Key Qualifications
+ Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models for entertainment or sports-related businesses.
+ At least 5 years of experience in developing unique acquisition and testing strategies to optimize conversion, subscription, and revenue, both on- and off-platform.
+ Proficient in A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing.
+ Analytical problem solver with a proven track record in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition.
+ Detail-oriented and comfortable with operations-focused and documentation-dependent workstreams.
+ Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional execution of effective marketing programs.
+ Experience working under pressure on complex, large-scale, time-critical projects.
+ Consistently positive contributor in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment, willing to tackle any task necessary.
+ Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to create and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, maintain flexibility, and possess a sense of humility and humor.
Education & Experience
+ BA/BS required.
+ 5 years of demonstrated work experience in subscription growth-related marketing at an agency, media/entertainment brand, or technology company.

Responsibilities
+ Conduct A/B testing, pull reports, and understand performance metrics.
+ Organize and detail campaign intakes and write comprehensive campaign briefs.
+ Simplify results into organized slides/one-pagers for leadership and cross-functional partners.
+ Act as a liaison between operations and other marketing stakeholders.
+ Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with operations partners.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00
