Marketing Activation Associate (m/f/d)

 

Position
The incumbent will develop integrated & strategic trade education, communication and engagement programs to increase awareness, distribution and sales of our products. They will be supporting our initiatives in driving customer satisfaction and enabling key accounts, distributors and independent retailers to maximize commercial performance. 

 

Responsibilities
As the Marketing Activation Associate you will… 

Create and manage trade materials for both existing and new products across the entire trade universe Build a clear, singular tone of voice framework for retailer communications Lead training initiatives for Business Consultants (BCs) on key strategic initiatives as well as create and manage the BC Toolkit to ensure the salesforce is equipped with the necessary resources to effectively engage and support retailers Drive brand preference and loyalty through effective trade engagement, commercial programs and a clear trade remuneration scheme Implement a multi-category approach in communications with retailers and through engagement programs Enhance retail knowledge of our RRP products via comprehensive trade education programs

 

Requirements

University business degree or equivalent educational background in Marketing Relevant experience in Marketing or Sales roles, experience in FMCG is a plus Fluent in German & English, good command of French is a plus Knowledge of MS365, SAP/Power are an advantage
