- Developing and executing 360 Category Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and strategic priorities.
- Marketing budget management.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in omnichannel planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
- Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
- Continuous evaluation of all activities and marketing KPIs, ROI optimization.
- Trade partners meetings and joint activities planning to support business development;
- Event management and support.
- Agency/ vendor management
- Channel and Customer Intelligence – auditing and providing feedback stakeholders on competitor activity, channel and customer insights to improve the customer journey and sell out.
3-4 years of experience in the field of marketing
Fluent English
Polish native
Very good organizational and communication skills
Proactive and agile with business approach, strong in building relationships both internally and externally
Knowledge and understanding on how to effectively build and drive communication across multiple online and offline touchpoints to drive sell-out
Strong analytical thinking (ability to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, analyse in structured way and come up with logical conclusions)
Experience in B2B marketing will be a plus
