Marketing Administrator

Job Summary

The Marketing Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to all levels of the marketing team. This person must be a driven team member, able to juggle multiple competing priorities, and help facilitate the management of marketing projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with all functions of marketing to assist in managing varying projects  Organize, prioritize, and multi-task a variety of tasks including general admin work and marketing activities: deliverables, milestones, durations, and approvals with minimal supervision  General support to the VP and Directors within the marketing department as a shared resource  Project management: organize tasks and follow up on deadlines  Help manage and track team projects to help streamline throughput (Agile follow up and reporting, translation tracker, market brand center reporting, media calendar, basic post marketing analytics for digital campaigns, and more) Financial Coupa requisitions and credit card reporting and management for billing and invoices for the department Assign PE (product enhancement) requests through quality system  Infrastructure optimization: set up process guidelines and standardization Assist with onboarding of new employees Sales lead assignment Office supply management Calendaring as needed Physical requirements include print, mail, and package; including occasional drive to FedEx distribution center (less than a mile away) or Masimo Jeronimo distribution center (approximately 3 miles away) Full-time on-site presence required to successfully complete tasks within this role

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience of customer service or administrative support Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Works independently, deadline-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated and pro-active Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with: executives, colleagues, departments and clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects with quick turn-around; adaptable to change Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company’s sole discretion

Education

High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $25 - $38 per hour.  Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking.  Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.  May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.  Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
