We are looking for a high achieving Marketing Advisor to lead our Southeast Asia market for Quest Software. This role will oversee strategic planning plus the development and coordination of the SEA  marketing and communications programs. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the Southeast Asia marketing efforts as well as developing and implementing demand generation strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities

 

-Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration and channel engagement in territory through various marketing channels online and offline.

-Manages the marketing mix and sales enablement such as the preparation of sales material, controlling marketing communications programs and recommends media best suited to sell products or services

Identifies, evaluates and resolves marketing related business issues, manages budget across multiple BUs and provides guidance to the APJ leadership team.Manages outside vendor relationships. Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand marketshare,Acts as key liaison between sales and the marketing organization responsible for pipeline generation, Tracks effectiveness of and ROI from Regional demand generation campaigns,Track and report regional marketing lead conversion rates, marketing sourced pipeline and marketing sourced revenue,Responsible for gathering data insights and communicating the overall effectiveness of marketing programs to marketing and sales leadership.Supports and guides the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the broader business team. Qualifications

-5 + years of marketing experience

-Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular focus on engaging a diverse sales & channel team across multiple geographic locations

-Demonstrable understanding of the differing market demands and channel challenges across Southeast Asia,

-Must be able to develop and implement effective marketing programs tailored to the local requirement faced in each different market,

-Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills

-Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.

-Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required
