As a contract position, it offers the chance to drive impactful initiatives, align with regional and global priorities, and make a meaningful contribution to the environmental sector. **Job Description** + Lead marketing strategies for environmental initiatives (energy transition, water, resilience) to enhance brand visibility and industry engagement. + Coordinate participation in industry events, produce client-facing marketing materials, and ensure alignment with business objectives. + Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results. + Promote brand reputation by consistently communicating the company’s environmental values and fostering client relationships. + Align regional marketing efforts with the global strategy, while addressing local priorities and environmental challenges. **Qualifications** + 8+ years of senior marketing experience, ideally in the environmental or energy sectors. + Proven ability to create and manage impactful marketing campaigns that boost industry recognition. + Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. + Extensive experience in managing large-scale events, awards, and conferences. + Expertise in digital marketing, project management, and data analysis to optimize campaign performance. **Additional Information** \#Work180 AECOM acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we, our clients and our communities live and work around Australia.
