We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to own reporting, measurement, and analysis across our portfolio of high-visibility marketing programs, including new seller recruitment, brand strength, and product marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will synthesize data across these marketing channels and throughout the funnel to monitor business health, track campaigns, identify trends, and measure the impact of marketing investments. You will define goals, invent metrics, and identify new opportunities for expansion, to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
• Build and update marketing dashboards and data visualizations to report on goal status in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Scale data processes, manage marketing data from various sources, and propose efficient solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing metrics and trends, identifying patterns and connections.
• Create business documents and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Translate complex marketing problems into analysis requirements and define analytical approaches.
• Use advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models for marketing forecasting and optimization.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling
- Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
