Marketing Analyst

Our overall success is measured by how well we deliver these results. We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand & Marketing Operations, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to inform our marketing strategies, optimize campaigns and drive business growth. You will be responsible for all marketing reporting and insights, ensuring that our campaigns and initiatives are data-driven and optimized for success. What will you focus on?: Data Analysis & Reporting: + You’ll support the marketing team in creating a data-driven environment by establishing KPIs on all activities and track performance against targets. + You’ll analyze campaign management software tools (HubSpot), customer relationship activities (Salesforce), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics), to give a 360 customer view. + You’ll plan and create reports and dashboards (PowerBI) from several data sources into a unified view and drive future changes and recommendations. + You’ll handle ad-hoc analytic requests and develop/automate regular reports. Customer & Market Insights: + You’ll provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions. + You’ll evaluate customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the digital experience. + You’ll analyze A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results, and provide recommendations. Campaign & Channel Performance Tracking: + You’ll lead on tracking channel metrics such as paid search, paid advertising, social media, email, SEO and more. + You’ll generate reports and dashboards to track target account engagement and deliver insights to key stakeholders. + You’ll track and measure the return on investment (ROI) to understand the profitability of various marketing endeavors. Education & Building Data-Driven Culture: + You will empower marketing team by providing education on how to use reports and dashboards, enabling them to understand key results and gain valuable insights. + You’ll create PowerPoint presentations to provide prospect and customer insights to other marketing and sales departments. + You will track Salesforce process adoption metrics and identify areas for improvement. Comfortable owning strategy while also happy and willing to get your hands dirty in the tactical details + You have a broad range of marketing skills to be successful including marketing communications (written and verbal) and data analytics + You are proactive and outgoing with a get-it-done attitude + You have demonstrated B2B experience within software companies (data intelligence solutions would be a plus) + You have experience across the full marketing mix –strong digital marketing and analytics expertise is required + You bring strong project management skills and experience working in a global matrix management culture. You can manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously + You are metrics-driven and analytical. You can prioritize in an agile/fast-paced environment, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure + You can forge solid relationships and lead across a broad and geographically dispersed business Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + 5+ years of experience in analytics + Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills + Well-organized with high attention to detail + Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations + Advanced experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Hubspot), and BI reporting tools (PowerBI) + Strong matrix management, collaboration, and influencing skills to work and lead effectively at all levels in large matrixed global organizations + A willingness to work across time zones + Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid) Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
