What You'll Do

As a Marketing Intermediate Analyst you will be responsible for supporting Brazil (São Paulo and Rio) local-office marketing operations including events and social media management. This position involves managing impactful events and overseeing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and X). This individual will work on multiple projects with tight timelines and must be proactive, extremely organized and very detail oriented.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Events

· Take ownership of end-to-end event organization, including planning, development, communication, and execution

· Partner with key stakeholders to define target audiences, content, format, venue and post event activations

· Optimize events by gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback through structured debriefing sessions.

· Manage relationships with external marketing vendors stablishing high quality services delivery standards

· Manage event-related processes and tools; ensure proficiency in relevant marketing software (e.g., event management tools).

· Participate in recurring Global Marketing calls representing Brazil office in best practice sharing

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure event success and impact

· Ensures all legal, compliance, finance, and other required processes efficiently

 

Social Media

· Plan, develop, and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the global and local marketing team’s objectives

· Develop publications calendar keeping in mind the key messages BCG wants to communicate

· Leverage creativity to propose innovative formats that drive engagement with target audiences

· Support employee advocacy initiatives (e.g.: Haiilo usage)

· Be responsible for paid campaigns demanded from internal clients (e.g.: recruiting)

· Connect and collaborate with other business areas that might benefit from social media activities (CRM, press, events, etc)

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate social media effectiveness



What You'll Bring

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in events and social media or related fields

· Strong understanding of the principles of branding and marketing

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to measure the impact of the efforts

· Creative and innovative thinker with a focus on delivering engaging content and exceptional event experiences for attendees

· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· Advanced software/technical skills: MS Office, Relational Database and ability to learn software tools

· Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
