1. Responsibility 1: Drive Program Growth
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize pharmaceutical returns programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.Provide strong analytical support by interpreting return data trends and generating actionable insights to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending innovative solutions to streamline returns management.2. Responsibility 2: Program Support
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of pharmaceutical returns programs and track progress toward strategic objectives.Enforce regular data audits and quality checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of returns data, ensuring reliable analysis and reporting.Hold partners accountable to agreed-upon standards and timelines by facilitating regular reviews and maintaining open lines of communication.3. Responsibility 3: Program Reporting
Oversee the reconciliation of returns data with inventory and sales records to ensure consistency and transparency in financial reporting.Lead efforts to develop comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate the impact of returns programs to stakeholders and management.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align on financial implications of returns activities and support budget planning and forecasting.4. Responsibility 4: Develop Marketing Campaigns
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing the competitiveness and value proposition of pharmaceutical returns programs.Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback and market insights into program development and promotional strategies.Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and participation in returns programs among pharmacy partners.5. Responsibility 5: Identify Areas for Program Optimization
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of returns management and data analysis.Demonstrate strong attention to detail in monitoring program operations and data integrity, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.Apply a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges, working closely with IT and operations teams to implement effective solutions and enhancements.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
