For this contract to hire opportunity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analyst to lead our marketing analytics efforts across B2B and B2C. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finalizing the creation of a marketing attribution dashboard (and maintaining/optimizing it post-launch), troubleshooting any inconsistencies and data issues, analyzing marketing data, extracting actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance marketing performance. The Marketing Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

In this role, you will:

Relentlessly troubleshoot and resolve dashboard reporting data issues by effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders and leveraging various platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and Snowflake.Create, maintain and optimize marketing performance dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and identify trends, opportunities, andareas for improvement.Collaborate with marketing teams to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular performance updates. Determine creative ways to measure the impact of non-lead driving campaigns (e.g. brand awareness, thought leadership, etc.)Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value to inform marketing strategies.Partner with marketing campaign owners to recommend marketing analytics strategies that measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channels, and initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in marketing analytics.Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
