In this position... 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Campaign Data Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer communications by expertly leveraging CRM data and technology. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of customer data to drive efficient outreach and improve overall customer care and engagement.Drive effective marketing campaigns by deploying data-driven marketing journeys powered by analytics and Salesforce CRM capabilities. This includes but isn’t limited to designing, populating, validating, and launching customer journeys, and ensuring robust data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including managing manual and automated data loads and Salesforce data extensions.

You'll have...

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, and/or Marketing or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM experience, with expertise in automation, journey setup, and data management.Experience with extracting data from Google Big Query.Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis is required. Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking with a customer-oriented lens.Expertise in data validation, including identifying and resolving data integrity issues and performing quality control validations on items developed by others.Evidence of strong problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience with SAS or Python for data processing

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.

Identify, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to grow value to Ford Credit by attracting and growing customer financing through Salesforce CRM engagementsLead loyalty lifecycle strategies, including email, push, and SMS, to drive cohesive and engaging customer experiencesProvide a point of view (POV) on the end-to-end CRM customer journeys to inform CRM activities and effectively engage leads and customersMonitor key journey performance metrics and communicate to respective stakeholders, providing in-depth marketing campaign measurement and analytics to quantify impact and effectiveness.Provide journey enhancement recommendations through metric analysis, Manage the discovery and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the CRM Marketing environmentImplement constant and agile “test and learn” approaches to develop loyalty strategic and marketing programs and member experiences, leveraging sophisticated customer segmentation and personalization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience for leads and customers
