Marketing Analyst III
Job Description and Accountabilities + Serve as the subject matter expert and oversee the marketing automation platform (Eloqua) in ensuring that it is being utilized to its full potential for lead scoring, grading, tracking, and nurturing. Consequently, identify best practices in Eloqua utilization and spearhead the documentation of such practices for future references. + Develop, execute, and manage on the highest possible level all email and drip campaigns, including dynamic workflows, lists, tracking, and execution. + Maintain email best practices including browser/client compatibility, the effectiveness of subject lines, use of images, delivery timing, engagement filtering and development of promotions best suited for the email channel. + Partner with the Campaign Managers for the development and execution of impactful lead-generation campaigns to attract and engage prospects and customers, all the while ensuring brand consistency across the board. + Partner with the Marketing Analytics and Campaign Managers team to identify, test, and implement new strategies (a/b testing, etc.) to improve click-through, open, and conversion rates. + Partner with the Marketing Analyst, Campaign Managers, and Third-Party partners/ vendors and apply analytical, segmentation, and data mining techniques to establish closed-loop analytics to derive insight and define targeting opportunities based on established campaign objectives and provided criteria. + Maintain and optimize email deliverability and global compliance. + Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM) + Manage overall database health (including, but not limited to data cleanliness and standardization) and maximize geographic and demographic segmentation. + Actively collaborate and build relationships with internal team, customers, and external partners or vendors + Proactively gain knowledge across LNRS products and services and its competitors Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree holder + At least 3-4 years' experience in using Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform. + HTML/CSS knowledge is a MUST. + At least 3-4 years' experience in email marketing campaign management + Has a deep understanding of marketing automation. Flow and conversion of leads from forms.
