 Latin America Marketing Analyst Jr is to promote and maintain the brand image by creating and managing marketing communication materials, support and tracking social media strategies, and maintain the sales collateral and technical literature updated on the communications channels.

Where is the work:
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based in our office in Bogota, Buenos Aires, Santiago or Panama city.

 

What you will do: 

Promote and Maintain Brand Image

Support and execute strategies to enhance and uphold the Trane’s brand reputation and visibility in the Latin American market.

Create Marketing Communication Materials

Design and produce moderately complex marketing communication materials and content that effectively convey the brand message and engage the target audience.

Research, Develop, and Edit Collateral

Conduct thorough research to develop and edit marketing and sales collateral, as well as technical literature, ensuring accuracy and relevance, working close to Product and Project Management Teams.

Implement and Track Social Media Strategy

Support, implement, and monitor social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

Analyze Digital Marketing Campaigns

Analyze and document the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven results.

Manage Website Content and Updates

Regularly review and request to the provider to update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and aligned with company objectives.

Support External Agency Relationships

Collaborate with external agencies to ensure alignment with marketing goals and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Coordinate Conferences and Exhibitions

Organize and support the company's involvement in conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance brand presence and networking opportunities.

Manage Purchase Orders and Supplier Payments

Oversee the procurement process, including managing purchase orders and ensuring timely payments to suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships.

 

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field: A solid educational foundation is essential for understanding marketing principles and strategies.

Experience of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field: Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the Latin American market, to ensure familiarity with regional nuances and market dynamics.

 

Technical Skills

Marketing software and tools: knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.Content creation and graphic design skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing software.Bilingual proficiency: Spanish and English to effectively communicate across the Latin American region. Portuguese is a plus.

 

Analytical Skills

analytical and data interpretation skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Interpersonal Skills

Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
