About the right team member

ClassPass is seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our consumer acquisition and retention strategy, enhancing our marketing efforts through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data manipulation tools such as Excel and SQL, and ideally familiarity with Python and Tableau. 

About the roleOwn and manage B2C acquisition metrics, including monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. Analyze acquisition and retention KPIs across different channels (e.g. SEM, paid social) and regions. Conduct deep dives into drivers of performance for marketing campaigns. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance. Provide actionable recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness, presenting findings to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, product, finance, and engineering to support strategic decisions. Develop and implement a media mix model to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels. Skills & experienceBachelor's degree in a STEM or Business discipline; master’s degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing or a related quantitative field. Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Python and Tableau for advanced analytics and visualization is desirable. Understanding of digital marketing channels metrics (acquisitions, CPA, LTV). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with statistical analysis and modelling techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
