Marketing Analytics Manager

Job Description Works closely with marketing teams to help design, implement, measure, and iterate on strategies that drive our business metrics. Collaboration with other teams to plan and execute against shared goals, collects and interprets data on various platforms, generates reports and interprets data to produces reports for analyzing and presenting to stakeholders. Maintains and track key performance indicators (KPI ) for use in various dashboards. Acts as analytical resource for any performance improvement projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and track KPIs to assess cross segment campaign effectiveness across channels and touchpoints, encompassing brand awareness, perception, customer engagement, and market share metrics.

Providing data visualization and reporting. Defining reporting requirements, creating and maintaining dashboards for team use.

Collaborate in defining the right business questions, answerable by data & insights.

Creation and segmentation of Audience data for insights or campaign targeting use. 

Deliver analytical models if necessary, or project managing models through capability channels.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Excel

SQL

MS Office / Google Apps Suite

Google Analytics (plus)

Mobile app performance attribution (plus)

Python (plus)

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree graduate

At least 5 years work experience in any quantitative/qualitative analytics discipline

Background in Marketing or Media. Data science / Media science is an advantage.

Driving marketing performance in a dynamic business environment. Knowledge of telco KPIs is an advantage.

Business partnering & ability to influence strategic decisions with marketing insights esp with senior management.

Managing a high degree of complexity, bringing together commercial, operational and people considerations, to secure the best outcomes
