Marketing Analytics Manager
Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for a Marketing Analytics Manager with a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position. We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition and business growth. This role involves analyzing marketing performance across multiple channels, managing third-party measurement tools, and optimizing media spend to improve efficiency. What You’ll Do: + Analyze Market Trends: Evaluate category, brand, competitive, channel, and customer data to guide marketing decisions and recommend budget allocations. + Develop Reporting & Dashboards: Design interactive reports to track performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement. + Manage Third-Party Measurement Tools: Oversee platform setup, onboarding, and coordination with external sales, measurement, and ad operations teams. + Lead Testing & Optimization: Implement and analyze results from multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and brand/conversion lift studies. + Optimize Campaign Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure spend effectiveness and creative impact. + Leverage Data for Customer Insights: Analyze customer acquisition metrics and shopping behaviors to improve digital programs and conversion rates. + Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external media agencies to refine measurement processes. + Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Requirements What You Bring: + 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media analytics, or marketing analytics. + Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and DSPs (e.g., StackAdapt). + Experience with third-party measurement tools (e.g., Neustar/TransUnion, Nielsen). + Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, SUMIFs) and visualization tools like Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI. + Understanding of marketing mix modeling (MMM), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing. + Experience using Google Analytics 4 to assess website performance, traffic, engagement, and conversions. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. + Clear, effective communicator who can translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. + Ability to maintain data confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
