Our customers and the business world need to know they can trust us. Corporate Communications focuses on protecting and enhancing Talbot and AIG's reputation and valuation. Our multi-disciplinary team acts as an in-house “agency” – deploying high-quality comms capabilities at the forefront of strategic advisory and integrated execution services.     

How you will create an impact

Support the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications – on a full-time or part-time basis.Support with managing internal and external communications by developing and designing modern marketing materials whilst working within AIG brand guidelines and ensuring adherence to design, artwork and accessibility standards.Produce and deliver of collateral across brochures, print, social channels and all marketing materials.Maintain and update Talbot’s internet presence, working with the business units to keep their content relevant and useful to their teams and external audiences.Manage and update Talbot’s intranet presence, working with the business units to keep content relevant and useful to internal audiences.Produce high quality visuals, from early conception and ideation stages right through to final asset creation.Work closely with the AIG Marketing & Communications team and support projects as needed.Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced working environment. Supported by an in-depth knowledge of the required design applications.

What you’ll need to succeed

Previous experience in the same or similar role is a must.Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative suite package, specifically Illustrator and InDesign.Experience managing and maintaining companywide intranet and internet platforms.Excellent knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Unily or similar CRM platform.A compelling portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and copywriting skills supported by conceptual skills and creative thinking.Experience delivering creative solutions across multiple platforms, from brief to completion.Experience working in partnership to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the brief.Knowledge of working on motion graphics and video production / editing would be beneficial.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
