Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) seeks a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team! As the Coordinator, you will support NVRH in achieving its marketing plan goals and overall strategic vision. The Coordinator will also support comprehensive communication strategies, including incoming and completing marketing requests from across NVRH departments and practices. What you’ll do day-to-day: + Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement marketing initiatives, maintain the NVRH website, and oversee internal and external communications to ensure alignment with strategic goals. + Manage social media content, coordinate marketing job requests, and support the creation of promotional materials, including business cards, newsletters, and event logistics to enhance organizational visibility. + Develop and maintain brand standards and communication tools while providing content support and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and materials. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or equivalent healthcare experience and 2 to 4 years in a related field, ideally in healthcare. Candidates should also possess excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Suite, and WordPress.
