Marketing and Communications Intern (year-round)

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing and Communications Intern to join our Digital Technology (DT) Marketing and Communications team. If you are an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in content marketing, then we want to work with you. Your work will include preparing primarily internal communications, maintaining our internal website assisting with DT events (planning, setup, taking photos and video).
In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent organizational abilities and be able to learn new concepts quickly. A successful candidate will have knowledge of content creation and marketing techniques.
**YOUR IMPACT**
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
+ Assist with daily administrative duties.
+ Build content around technology and recently completed projects from start to finish (outline, interview, draft, publish, communicate).
+ Research new ways to engage users with content and email campaigns.
+ Create and edit short videos.
+ Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
+ Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
+ Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns and social media content.
+ Maintain our DT brand and strategy.
+ Be the primary contributor to our internal DT newsletter.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI.
+ Passion for marketing and journalism.
+ Interest in Information Technology/Digital Technology.
+ Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload.

**Pay Range:**
$18.00 - $37.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
