Overview:

PwC Slovakia is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Leader (m/f) with a strong foundation in B2B digital marketing. This role is pivotal in driving our market presence and aligning local strategies with the broader PwC Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) MC programme and with PwC global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the implementation of PwC Slovakia's Go-to-Market plan, focusing on priority campaigns and content initiatives to enhance demand generation and brand visibility.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous professional development and continue in building a strong team. Serve as a main liaison with CEE regional, EMEA and Global teams.

Market Positioning: Elevate PwC's industry capabilities through thought leadership, surveys, articles, and client engagement events, ensuring our market presence is robust and influential. Support demand generation and lead nurturing for key services to local clients.

Collaboration and Synergy: Foster an innovative and collaborative environment within the MC team, ensuring alignment with CEE regional strategies and maintaining consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with local business stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are closely aligned with business strategies, driving growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

B2B Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in B2B marketing, preferably within an international professional services or consulting environment.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (in addition to Slovak language), with a proven ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders.

Project and Team Management: Strong project management capabilities, experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Leadership Experience: Proven track record, at least 3 years in leadership role, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.

Availability: Ready to start as soon as possible with a commitment to regional engagement and professional growth.

Salary (brutto): From 4.000 EUR/month (For candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority)
