Reporting to the Director of Marketing Insights & Analytics, the Marketing and Ecommerce Insights Analyst is responsible for strategically engaging with stakeholders to deliver key reporting metrics, insights, and data visualizations for marketing and digital experience teams. This role serves as the marketing liaison and a technical resource for the Insights and Analytics team by understanding data integration points, developing data extracts and transformations, and visualizing data across the marketing and digital commerce business environment. The Analyst functions as a primary resource for marketing and digital commerce to troubleshoot, visualize, and develop insightful reports on key marketing metrics.

This position is part of the Marketing Insights and Analytics department, and will be hybrid in Loveland, Colorado.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Implementation and Management of UTM Management, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console and other key digital marketing tools as neededManage and prioritize work effectively to ensure internal deadlines, timetables and approvals are metMonitor and analyze performance marketing metrics specific to digital marketing initiatives and growth opportunities with an emphasis on ecommerceBuild visualizations that explain complex concepts in clear, concise and decision-impacting storiesLead the development, implementation and optimization of testing and targeting programsProactively partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, data-driven solutions and communicate these effectively.Support the development and design of reporting dashboards to the business, global marketing and regional marketing teams.Identify, promote and drive changes in processes and procedures needed to ensure we collect, synthesize, and distribute better data. Design, develop and maintain data integrations with internal and external systemsResponsible for debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting data solutions and dashboardsAccountable to thorough and rigorous testing and validation of data and break fixes as neededProvide regular status reports and briefings to senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and other identified operating company teams as identifiedProvide training and standard procedures to marketing end-users to enable self-serve reporting of KPIs and marketing metrics through various BI platformsProvide input into reporting standards, processes and SOPs and follow established standardsResolve internal and external service requests in alignment to standard work, and dedicated service level agreements

The essential requirements of the job include:  

BA or BS degree in a technical or business related degree5+ years proven experience effectively developing and\\or supporting Business Analytics for medium to large organizations3+ years experience working with relational databasesAt least 3+ years’ experience with Google Analytics/Tag Manager implementation requiredKnowledge of big data tools and technologies, and of tracking methods such as pushing data layer and custom JavaScript to Google Tag ManagerStrong knowledge of SQL and Javacript languagesBasic understanding of desktop operating systems and network communication protocols, PC hardware and peripherals.Experience with Dashboard tools like PowerBI, Domo, QlikView.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
