What are we looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Enablement Specialist to join our Embedded Business team, focusing on supporting our strategic partnership with Lenovo on a worldwide scale. This role is crucial in driving marketing initiatives, enabling sales teams, and ensuring the successful promotion and integration of SentinelOne's solutions within Lenovo's offerings.
What will you do?
Sales Enablement: Create and deliver training programs and materials for Lenovo's sales and technical teams worldwide to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and support SentinelOne's solutions. This includes developing sales tools, playbooks, and competitive analysis in line with what a Lenovo Seller would understand. Marketing and Enablement Strategy: Manage an MDF budget and shared partner MDF to develop and execute global marketing strategies, campaigns and events to promote SentinelOne's endpoint security solutions in collaboration with Lenovo. This includes digital marketing, content creation, and event management. Customer Engagement: Work closely with Lenovo and internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor marketing and enablement activities to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the cybersecurity and PC markets. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and sales enablement activities. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing and enablement initiatives.What skills and knowledge should you bring?
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale partnerships and driving marketing initiatives. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions, identity and cloud security solutions, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR)/Security Operations Center (SOC) services. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
