Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Summary: ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator in Manchester at their locally managed facilities, The SNHU arena. This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation and execution all marketing and premium seating initiatives as assigned. This position requires the ability to work seamlessly with internal and external clients to achieve department goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
+ Assists with management and implementation marketing programs, as directed. This includes, but is not limited to, media buying and placement, social media, targeted email blasts, press releases and editorials, website maintenance.
+ Assists with management and execution of premium clients' needs as directed. This includes, but is not limited to, special accommodations for clients, additional ticketing needs, managing add ons, answering frequently asked questions, assistance in managing our online premium sales portal and more.
+ Manage our info5 line- our customer service email and help customers with ticketing needs, handicap accommodations, parking, box office hours and more.
+ Implements and executes initiatives within the annual marketing plan designed to maximize awareness of facility with guidance from the Director.
+ Manage all e-mail marketing communications, including list management, content management, and campaign execution through our email campaign software
+ Assist with updating and maintaining website content daily for snhuarena.com
+ Manage and research fresh/timely content for social media platforms daily while consistently growing engagement, responding to customer inquiries promptly, and executing creative promotions.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with media, industry, and community partners.
+ Assist with implementation of advertising campaigns
+ Assist with graphic design and creative projects in Adobe design platforms to create digital and print-ready marketing materials
+ Compile event announcement and pre-sale documents for upcoming event
+ Assist with photo documentation and social media content during the night of shows
+ Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing and premium programs.
+ Implement and execute initiatives within the annual marketing plan designed to maximize awareness of facility with guidance from the Director.

Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required; Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related studies preferred
· Minimum 1-3 years related marketing experience required, 3-5 years preferred
Computer & Additional Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills with ability to learn and master new applications.
· High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (namely Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience with social networking sites as marketing tools outside of general network functions. Knowledge of effective social media strategy and best practices preferred.
· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, and vendors
· Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· High level computer, digital media, and presentation skills
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks
· Strong ability to adapt to changes, work effectively under pressure and produce accurate results in a face paced environment
· Ability to develop and lead multiple projects into completion
· Must be able to work independently and as a part of team while always maintaining high standard, positive attitude, and professional appearance
Other Qualifications
Hours worked in this position will vary due to the demands of event scheduling and related activities to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
