Get to Know the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to plan and implement marketing operations across Myanmar and Cambodia. In this role, you will create, manage, and execute marketing operations, and report to the Head of Marketing in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
This role is onsite and will be based in our Phnom Penh's Grab office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will collaborate with the Creative Team to develop unique, memorable campaign ideas.You will make recommendations on appropriate target audiences and channels such as in-app communications, social media, email, web, and key opinion leaders (KOL) pages.You will monitor, plan, and execute consumer in-app communications, promotions, and rewards.You will track and report campaign performance regarding reach, engagement, and conversion across all channels.You will ensure quality control and the delivery of marketing assets such as flyers and door stickers.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
You have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration.You have 1+ years of experience with a track record in planning integrated marketing strategies and implementing campaigns.Experience in executing integrated marketing strategies and report on campaign metrics.Collaboration skills to work with copywriters and designers.Excellent oral and written skills in English and Burmese.Familiar with market trends and competitor activities.Quality Assurance: attention-to-detail to ensure the accuracy of marketing materials.Relationship Management: Experience managing KOL content and ad client relationships.Advertising: Ability to execute in-app advertisements.Additional InformationLife at Grab
