Job Description:
The T&E Coordinator is in charge of planning the T&E activity in accordance with the T&E plan and coordinate the venue of Nobel Biocare. Part of the project management is to ensure an efficient communication internally as well as externally.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate the logistical aspects of T&E in Poland (find the venue, equipment, suppliers, caterer, etc.)Prepare content for leaflets and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs and ensure the correct branding thereofResponsible for setting up activities in cvent platform and keeping track of registrationsBe the main point of contact for local speakers regarding functional aspects (audiovisual requirements, hotel booking, etc.)Prepare and oversee logistical aspects during regional events and congressesResponsible for preparing SoMe posts and driving engagementReviewing translations of marketing assets and driving implementation#LI-PG1
