Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. The Studio is home to 20 sound stages, production offices, workshops, a heated underwater filming tank and an extensive Studio backlot. Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden can accommodate productions of any scale including large blockbuster films and high-end TV dramas.

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Park, adjacent to the Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for production companies. The Studio also has its own, on-site Set Lighting & Rigging rental division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots. Warner Bros. Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, based in Soho, London, provides award-winning picture and sound post-production for feature films and high-end television.

These facilities make Warner Bros. the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post-production facility in the UK.

Your New Role...

To provide Marketing support for all areas of the Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of Marketing including brand, website, social media, digital marketing, graphic design, and events.

This role requires a candidate who has a passion for both the film and TV industry and for Marketing. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team in a busy and vibrant environment. The work will be extremely varied and the role offers an opportunity to learn about all areas of Marketing.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Over the course of your apprenticeship, you will build your skills and knowledge to be able to successfully:

Assist in updating content on the websiteAssist with producing branded merchandise, stock take and ordersSupport with content for newsletters and digital noticeboardsOrganise and manage catalogue of images, stills and film postersAssist with the organization and branding of both internal and external eventsSupport the team with social media activityDesign and create simple marketing materials and assist with larger design projectsProvide general support for marketing campaigns, projects, events and initiatives across all business unitsUpdate spreadsheets and internal documents

Qualifications & Experience...

Our apprenticeship positions are designed to be an alternative to university education, therefore we are only seeking applications from people who have not already graduated from university with a degree.Interest in the media industryInterest in photography, videography and creative designInterest in social media Strong verbal and written communication skillsGood with numbers and knowledge of Microsoft ExcelGood organisation and prioritisation skillsAbility to cope in a busy environment and work to fast deadlinesAbility to respond quickly and appropriately to requests, using own initiative and be prepared to ask for help and advice when necessaryPositive outlook and “can do” attitudeOutgoing and friendly demeanor to all members of staff and clients

Salary: £26,272 p/aContract Length: 18 months Start Date: April 202525 days annual leaveQualification: Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer ApprenticeshipYou will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more. You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!
