Closets by Design, an industry leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of home improvement products such as closets, offices, garage systems, and other organizational systems for the home. We currently have an immediate opportunity for a qualified Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing day-to-day advertising placementsCommunicate order status updates to the Franchise OwnersFacilitate the creation of ads with the graphic artists to ensure deadlines are metPreparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentationsMaking travel and guest arrangements, and assisting with meeting planningTracking program performanceSet up of new franchise location information in our internal system and within our website and social media platformHands on assistance with trade show and event planningOther administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1 – 2 years marketing or administrative experienceExcellent verbal & writing communication skillsSelf-starter with high level of attention to detailOpen to “other duties as assigned”Able to multi-task and keep track of several projects at one time.Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; must be efficient with ExcelCollege degree preferred
