Marketing Assistant

The Digital Marketing Assistant is expected to support the Marketing Supervisor through executing specific tasks related to community management, website management, content creation, and promo and ad processing. She is expected to carry out all these tasks in a timely manner with good quality output.

Community Management
• Responds to customer queries on all social media accounts through providing direct access links, timely information, and assistance regarding customer concerns
• Acts as first responder to any customer complaint and ensures that all issues are taken cared of in a private and personal manner
• Monitors the over-all brand persona and voice over all accounts through thorough checking of customer reactions
• Supports online and offline marketing events through creating program flow, processing program event needs, or facilitating needed payment, supplier coordination, community engagement

Content Creation
• Provides timely and correct copy to any online or offline collateral, adhering to brand persona
• Creates and proposes customer template replies in coordination with customer service to ensure the correct customer communication according to brand persona

Website Management
• Uploads all approved shots into the platform, ensuring that all photos comply with site’s technical requirements before uploading and regularly checks the brand’s online channels for quality control
• Regularly updates creative banners and pages on the platform
• Regularly checks all online channels for quality control and ensures that all photos comply with the technical requirements

Market Research & Analysis
• Assists in monitoring competition and evaluating their marketing collateral vis a vie brand’s own and check its effectiveness (messaging, aesthetic, and desired effect on customer)
• Assists in providing post-evaluation on campaign creatives to determine its impact (messaging, aesthetic,) on customer
