Description This individual will assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, aimed at promoting company products and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in marketing, great attention to detail, and a passion for harnessing creativity to engage with targeted audiences effectively. Responsibilities: + Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. + Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing materials and content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, brochures, and email campaigns. + Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, gather competitive insights, and understand customer behavior. + Support event planning initiatives including logistics, invitations, advertisement, and tracking event success. + Assist in the tracking of marketing performance metrics, and the preparation of marketing reports. + Maintain a comprehensive database of existing and potential clients. + Manage social media accounts, updating content regularly and responding to audience interactions. + Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the marketing department. Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. + Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, or similar role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong interest in marketing, coupled with the ability to grasp and present creative ideas. + Project management skills, including multitasking and time-management. + Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
