Marketing Assistant
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in our Miami, Florida location. The role involves supporting business development and marketing strategies, with an emphasis on expanding our client base. The workplace is vibrant and fast-paced, and the successful candidate will play a key role in various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities • Assist in understanding our business products and value proposition to effectively market them to potential clients. • Support in building relationships with professionals in financial institutions, including hedge funds and asset managers. • Play a crucial role in reaching out to prospective clients to foster connections and arrange meetings. • Aid in the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives that align with our business goals. • Contribute to the development of compelling marketing campaigns to increase attendance at events hosted by the company around the world. • Conduct research on potential clients and identify new business opportunities. • Maintain and update our CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date client data. • Assist in identifying new markets to enhance sales through targeted marketing strategies. • Collaborate in creating marketing materials, such as presentations and flyers, to increase the firm’s visibility. • Execute other duties as assigned by management, providing overall support to the Business development department’s initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar marketing role • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign • Experience with CRM systems • Knowledge of Facebook Insights for tracking campaign success • Ability to create and manage advertisements across various platforms • Experience with blogging and creating compelling content • Understanding of brand awareness strategies and implementation • Familiarity with budget processes in a marketing context • Experience in campaign planning and execution • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
