In the role of Marketing Assistant, we'll count on you to:Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars)Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual)Coordinate awards submittals, mailing lists, conferences, and special events as requiredConduct research and distribute marketing information, including requests for qualifications, proposals, and bidsProvide data entry support for managing our client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsMaintain our marketing database, including gathering information from technical experts and facilitating project descriptions and resume updatesHelp arrange for professional photography on projectsMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusHelp recognize and celebrate pursuit successes and milestonesHelp deconstruct and file proposal and presentation material upon submittalSupport the development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadershipSupport the implementation of social media campaignsSupport the implementation of strategies to elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associationsSupport management of workload demands of proposal managers and marketing coordinatorsAssist members of the marketing team with preparing and developing proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, and presentationsProvide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, note taking, technical editing, document assembly, production coordination, proposal delivery, and electronic file organizationPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-personAbility to work within a databaseSkilled at working with deadline pressure and multi-tasking without compromising qualityAbility to organize complex content and work with internally developed style guidesAbility to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The expected compensation range for this position is $47,000 - $68,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
