The Marketing Assistant organizes, monitors, and otherwise supports our comprehensive marketing projects and programming. You will build effective relationships with our vendors and other business partners to ensure every product and service embodies the standard of excellence our customers deserve and will also communicate directly with customers to ensure promotional items have been fulfilled.Core Role ResponsibilitiesHands-on involvement in marketing logistics, including maintain promotional offer calendarServe as liaison between Marketing division and all relevant stakeholders to ensure marketing programs and online activities are aligned with company objectives; coordinate/maintain effective tracking systemsOrder and track customer fulfillment gift cards and promotional itemsOrder exterior design consultant and installer clothingReview and analyze lead source reports, contact forms, and inbound call recordingsCreate and monitor marketing reports for offer and design accuracySupport tactical inbound marketing initiativesConduct competitor and new market research reportsExecute other job functions as required based on business needsBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field1+ years of marketing experience (content, social media, advertising, event planning, brand awareness)Preferred QualificationsExpert level of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsHands-on experience with email template software such as HubSpotExperience utilizing Canva and/or other design toolsWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
