Deze rol is van cruciaal belang bij het ondersteunen van de uitvoering van het operationele plan en vereist een naadloze coördinatie binnen het cross-functionele team om uitmuntendheid in uitvoering te garanderen. De Marketing Assistent helpt bij taken, zodat de Brand Managers zich kunnen concentreren op de strategische en tactische activiteiten van de marketing plannen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Mee-ontwikkelen van promotiemateriaal. Content creatie. Afhandelen van contract- (met name evenementenbeheer) en sponsoringprocessen. Ondersteuning van het marketing team tijdens de dagelijkse werking en samenwerking met de business unit voor de uitvoering. Coördineren met een cross-functioneel team om af te stemmen op marketingactiviteiten. Coördineren en ondersteunen van de logistiek voor evenementen. Ondersteuning van het marketing team bij promotionele evenementen, inclusief plannen en voorstellen. Assisteren bij de planning, organisatie en uitvoering van merkgerelateerde projecten en initiatieven. Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning indien nodig. Waarom jij? Kwalificaties: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communicatie, business of aanverwant vakgebied heeft de voorkeur. Minimaal 1-2 jaar relevante werkervaring. Aandacht voor detail. Sterke projectmanagement vaardigheden. Superieure organisatorische en time management vaardigheden. Kennis van relevante marketingtools en -toepassingen is een pluspunt. Vaardigheid in MS Office en bekend met digitale tools. Gemotiveerd, georganiseerd en zelfstandig. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en leergierig. Energiek, gepassioneerd en met een can-do mentaliteit. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. #LI-GSK Why GSK?
