As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for producing, editing, and curating high-quality content for the effective promotion of the organisation and its’ events. Reporting to the Marketing Team, the role involves a variety of administrative support in developing and executing campaigns worldwide, whilst creating visual assets and capturing event content, as required.The Marketing Assistant in this role will play a vital role in enhancing the visibility and brand appeal across all digital platforms, including social media and websites.
What you'll do: Use Creative Suite, to edit and version high-quality digital content that aligns with the organisation's sales ambitions, vision, and values. Ensuring campaign invoices are approved and budgets are reconciled Scheduling content in line with Marketing Manager’s instruction using Hootsuite, Salesforce, various CMS systems and liaising with agencies and studios on artwork and delivery. Supporting website updates and our social media with creative assets, such as videos, animations, and GIFs Developing and executing campaigns that support the overall campaign plan, staying up to date with the latest digital content trends and technologies, and making recommendations to the marketing dept. Enhancing the organisation's brand presence worldwide territories by developing and executing organic digital campaigns to increase the visibility and appeal of RG Live productions. Manage the organisation's digital content library, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accessible to all relevant stakeholders' agencies and campaign leads. Managing and organising digital assets in a centralised drive. Assisting in content capture at shoots to collate high quality photography and videography to be used in digital, print and online and maintaining the company asset and content libraries. Creating animation and GIFs to enhance our social media presence while producing project files that are well-structured and easy to update. Assisting with statistical analysis and insights for marketing leads and partner reporting. Support with stakeholder, partner and sponsor pitches and reporting. Occasional requirement to support in house Ticketing when required. Who you are: A flexible approach to working will be required with regular out-of-hours work to attend eventsThis role will involve occasional travel. A team player with great attention to detail Proven experience in creating and producing high-quality digital content, including photography, videography, animations, and GIFs. Strong creative skills and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, and After Effects Experience in developing and executing digital campaigns to increase sales, brand awareness and engagement. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in using them to deliver effective campaigns Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. A passion for digital media and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and developments.
