As a Marketing Associate in Emergency Care you will help drive the success of life-saving treatments by executing dynamic marketing collateral and sales support programs for our critical product lines. You'll uncover key competitor insights, identify essential customer needs, and shape actionable marketing plans—all while supporting targeted sales training initiatives to ensure our innovative solutions reach those who need them most.
What you will do
Is the subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions. [note: some products are more technical than others and will take longer to get to SME status]Support marketing and sales training initiatives and programs throughout the yearAssists in the implementation and execution of the marketing collateral and sales support program of an assigned product line or lines.Identify critical customer needs and preferencesProvides customer feedback to marketing leadershipUnderstand basic budget management principlesUnderstand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioningSupport the on-label use and promotion of all productsUnderstand and supports setting price and maintaining product or portfolio marginUse appropriate scorecards to track results, track existing KPIs and reports back to the organizationWhat you need
