Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials that align with the agency's brand guidelines. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our marketing approach. Plan and execute internal events and workshops that align with our brand image and foster a collaborative work environment. Represent the agency at industry events, coordinating logistics and ensuring a strong agency presence to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, understanding their projects and contributions to effectively communicate the agency's achievements and capabilities. Work closely with account and project managers, creatives, and other departments to gather insights for use in marketing materials. Collaborate with external partners and clients for joint marketing efforts, testimonials, and case studies to enhance our credibility and reach. Content Creation: Develop compelling and shareable content, including photos and videos, magazine articles, infographics and animations, to showcase the agency's expertise and thought leadership in the industry. Work closely with creatives to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Publish and monitor posts across all digital platforms and manage community engagement on social media channels in a timely manner. Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices to maximize online visibility and reach. Portfolio Management: Lead the development and maintenance of the agency's website and portfolio materials, ensuring it accurately reflects our capabilities and showcases our best work. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to regularly update the website with new projects, case studies, and relevant content. Optimize the user experience to encourage engagement and inquiries from potential clients. Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Create marketing strategies that align with agency’s objectives and oversee various applicable facets of marketing, including social media management, brand promotion, awards and events and digital campaigns. Analyze and interpret marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
