Summary
The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the management of digital marketing channels and the implementation of marketing campaigns. Support multimedia content creation while maintaining a well-organized digital asset library for easy access. Handle ad-hoc marketing requests, coordinate meetings, and manage logistics to ensure smooth department operations.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 0-2 years of marketing experience Experience with email marketing platforms and familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress. (Preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSpecific Skills and Knowledge
Comfortable working across multiple platforms. Able to manage tasks across various marketing channels, support campaign execution, and assist with content creation. General understanding of digital marketing metrics and how they inform campaign performance (Preferred). Knowledge of the energy industry (Preferred) Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving marketing strategies is essential.Compensation
The initial hourly range is $22.69 - $26.10
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
This role requires sitting at a desk, using a computer workstation, standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers. Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.PT Monday through Friday with extended hours as necessary.
Fit for Duty
All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a pre-employment drug screening.
