Marketing Associate Analyst - Gatorade Athlete Adoption Team, Strategy & Digital
Overview The Gatorade Athlete Adoption team (Gatorade Marketing) is looking for a strategic and highly motivated analyst to help build new, digitally-led athlete adoption models for Gatorade that increases adoption of our functionally superior products. The Marketing Associate Analyst will report to the Marketing Manager, Strategy & Digital Marketing, and help develop our playbook of the future. This role will work across priority cohorts and brands and requires a high degree of collaboration with others. An ability to operate in ambiguity, resilience, and strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with project management expertise are critical for success. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: Assist with development of strategic frameworks for Gatorade product adoption by key cohort Collaborate with Digital Transformation & AAT to strengthen digital infrastructure and services + CRM strategy implementation ‘Dot connector’ across the Athlete Adoption Team and key collaborator with broader Gatorade team (Insights, Sports & Entertainment, Brand, D2C, etc) Support development of the Athlete Adoption Team annual operating plan Streamlining P&P forecasting and ordering across AAT and in collaboration with SET Reporting and merchandising of brand adoption work with leadership and Divisions, inclusive of AAT Periodic Tracking and quarterly Division playbook Budget Tracking – day to day accountability for the Capability Transformation budget Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Must have a BS/BA degree along with a minimum of 2 years of direct, full-time work experience in Marketing or a related field.
