Lupin is comprised of a fast growing, innovative and robust team of manufacturing, Research and Development and commercial divisions. Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of twelve commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, Pricing, & Analytic, the Contract Marketing Associate  will temporarily  manage the inline product portfolio and help support the generics marketing strategies that enhance Lupin’s inline and new products by supporting collaboration between sales, marketing and other corporate functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies.

In addition, this position will be integral in the day-to-day aspects of all marketing activities and will work closely with the Marketing team  to coordinate and manage advertising and promotional materials, project expense tracking, and support comprehensive, cohesive, and measurable marketing initiatives.

 

 Responsibilities:

NPL - Internal Launch Docs Setup (Fact Sheet, Labels, PI, SDS, HDA, LPI website) (on avg. Fact Sheet & HDA creation = ~30 min-45 min depending on # of SKUs) **ELDS & Product Priorities subject to change month to month depending on updates from manu & regulatory affairs**

 

Manage NPL launch communications – emails, PPT decks for leadership, meeting updates, Weekly external launches call,

 

Quarterly Product Catalog Updates - Inline Products, Brand-to-Generic Reference Guide, and OC Product Catalog.

 

Marketing Messaging/Media Campaigns/ Copay Programs Reporting of Campaign Results (timing dependent on project timelines with vendor)

 

Patient Education + HCP Webpage Creation & Implementation

 

Advertising - Industry Publication Banner Ad Creation & Submission    

 

Lupinytt Quarterly Generics Input  - Write up Generics updates into letter form for corporate communications.

 

Internal communications and updates to stakeholders – pharmacovigilance, DSRM, corporate communications, manufacturing, supply chain etc. and quarterly reconciliation with vendors marketing vendors.

 

Handle PPSWG Compliance Activities – Invoicing portal, open enrollment, estimates, invoices issues  and other tasks as required.

 

Customer Requests / Sales Support (HDA pulling/updating; Forms/requests; Support Sales team with setup docs)

 

Tradeshow Management (Monthly calls with Sales team; Tradeshow registration; Calendar maintenance; PR/PO Requests; Promo material shipment; Scheduling)
Qualifications

 Qualifications 

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or Finance.Excellent organizational and communication skills and an ability to work across multiple priorities with diverse internal and external functional groups.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple short- and long-term projects, while meeting all deadlines.Ability to compile and interpret data correctly and effectively.Strong ability to identify/anticipate opportunities, challenges and road blocks, while maintaining a solutions-focused approach and develops plans accordingly.Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and experience working with Google Analytics.Demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing terminology, tools, and related acumen.High level of computer office proficiency required, especially in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

Generic pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.A well rounded professional with 2+ years’ experience, preferably in the Generic Rx pharmaceutical industry.Strong experience in developing market intelligence strategies, research questions or hypotheses, gathering and synthesizing data, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations.Solid data analysis and visualization skills, comfort with tools and databases like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Salesforce.Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate with stakeholders and different levels of management.
