Job Description 

The Marketing Associate Director, Segment drives marketing strategy for one of CT Corporation’s key customer segments.  In this important role, you will serve as a senior advisor to segment and sales leadership to define marketing strategies for new customer acquisition and retention programs.  This position will lead internal product, content, and digital marketing as well as external agency resources to produce complex multi-touch campaigns that create new leads and foster upsell opportunities.  Additionally, this role will develop compelling sales enablement materials and nurture campaigns to support each stage of the sales lifecycle. 

 

Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in our office to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Senior Marketing Director and work under the leadership of the VP, Sales and Marketing. This role is a part of C T Corporation System (DE). | BU - FCC CT   

  

Required Job Qualifications (minimum):  

Travel: Ability to travel for meetings and events approximately 5% of the time (3-4 trips per year) 

Experience with the full marketing mix, including digital and traditional channels, and an ability to design a marketing plan that effectively reaches our buyers through these channels 

Flexible, self-starter, creative, and entrepreneurial team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment 

Excellent oral, written, presentation and listening skills with experience and poise in creating and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership 

Excellent leadership skills to build relationships and effective networks with peers, management, customers and vendors 

 

Preferred Job Qualifications:  

Experience with Salesforce a plus 

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university  

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

Assigned to highly complex marketing activities 

Proposes, develops, and implements marketing plans 

Researches and develops pricing policies and recommends sales channels 

Responsible for product promotions 

Works with business partners (e.g., production, sales, research and development) to deliver business results 

Implements and evaluates all marketing policies 

Assists in the development and production of all advertising/promotional projects for the seasons 

Works closely with advertising agency on strategy and creative direction
