In this position, you will support the HWC segment marketing team reach clients and prospects through a focus on project management and coordination of marketing tactics. To be effective, you will collaborate closely with marketing and business colleagues in an intellectually challenging, fast-paced and supportive environment. The role reports to the HWC marketing Operations Lead for our International geography.
Successful candidates will demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience with marketing tools and related content, and have excellent project management, communication and team skills.

The Role - Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Clients
Project manage a variety of marketing campaigns that create lead generation opportunities including digital marketing, client events and conferences in India and across South Asia Ensure marketing activity data is managed for better targeting and to measure impact of activities Leverage smart data to segment campaigns and customize the client experience Contribute as part of a broader team while also managing your work independently; a self-starter Support marketing partners across a variety of initiativesExcellence and Innovation
Use best practices and marketing tools Demonstrate digital media facility Be a WTW brand championPeople
Build strong relationships across marketing in Asia and the International region (particularly Asia Pacific and CEEMEA), and the company to execute marketing plans Work in ways that reflect our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence Develop and update relevant marketing skills, including specialized areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.)
Financial
Support the execution of marketing activities within set budgets Track data to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activitiesThe Requirements
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, professional services or human resources consulting Experience project managing innovative and winning customer engagements Proven tactical marketing experience Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision but operate as part of a healthy, high performing team Outstanding written and verbal skills A keen interest in new media and technologiesExperience with Marketo, ON24, Dynamics, Hootsuite a plusEase working with multiple stakeholders under pressure in an environment of continuous improvementBachelor’s degree requiredEqual Opportunity Employer
