Marketing Audience Lead

Location: New York City - Hybrid Schedule-Must work onsite with the team on Tues/Wed/Thurs.Duration: 6 Months with possible extension

Familiarity of the financial industry, broker/dealer firms and their advisors, strongly preferred.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Audience Lead drives business priorities for the Lifecycle Marketing team and serves as a key marketing interface for the Digital Coverage Marketing team. This role ensures marketing strategies align with business objectives by leveraging audience insights, competitive analysis, and industry best practices to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in asset management, wealth management, or mutual funds.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior teams.Proven expertise in digital marketing, including social media, search, and content marketing.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.Knowledge of current marketing technology and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Define audience business priorities by collaborating with client segments, business groups, and senior leadership.Develop data-driven marketing strategies to influence audience behavior and engagement.Partner with research, sales, and product teams to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to develop and execute marketing programs.Create and refine marketing briefs, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative direction.Measure campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing ROI to optimize strategy in real time.Build strong stakeholder relationships across marketing, client segments, and leadership.Provide clear, constructive feedback to creative teams based on marketing objectives.Lead audience segment analysis and campaign reporting to inform future strategies.
