AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities
1- To configure the campaign, test and launch the solution within the tool. Building automated campaign, reporting, and list segmentation.
2- Working with various teams in Marketing organization to plan, execute and analyze the marketing campaigns.
3- Manage the marketing lead database and ensure data hygiene, data quality
4- Build nurture programs to enhance the customers’ experience at different stages of customer journey.
5- Work with data vendors to acquire new data and enrich the existing marketable database
6- Continuously evaluate and make improvement in the solution and the process by leveraging data and real-time insights.
7- Ensure that best practices are being followed to achieve maximum efficiency.
8- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and adhere to the SLAs.
9- Apply demand generation strategies, campaign execution tactics/best practices, data hygiene and reporting capabilities.
10- Analyze and utilize data to improve Marketing program performance
Qualification:
1- Must have 4–5 years of experience using a Marketing Automation tool (Marketo)
2- Web development and digital design skills (HTML at a minimum). Understanding and ability to write java script.
3- Experience working with the Marketo APIs. Coding skills will be a plus.
4- Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy, meet tight deadlines using strong multitasking and organizational skills
5- Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Hands on experience with Tableau will be a plus.
6- Manage Reporting, lead database within the tool.
7- Experience on working within large/complex matrix structured enterprise organizations
8- Excellent Communication

It’s also critically important that this person understands how to apply technology to support a business process and campaign workflows.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, this person should have strong analytical skills, work closely with Demand gen campaign team. This person should be the most technical Marketing automation user on the team but also strong demand generation skill using a variety of technologies and platform. This person should have deep knowledge and understanding of automation tool, CRM and how all these systems working together.
