About the Role:Are you a Marketo expert looking for an exciting new opportunity? KeepTruckin is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Lead to join our Marketing Operations team and support the KT Marketing team.
You will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, to run the migration from Pardot to Marketo. You will build out a brand new Marketo instance based on Marketo Best Practices. You will be in charge of all documentation related to Marketo and lead Marketo training for the internal teams. You will build out lead scoring and lifecycle programs. You will be in charge of all integrations with Marketo. You will manage the Marketo instance, ensuring that all programs are built correctly and drive Marketo excellence. You will drive adoption of Marketo with internal teams, ensuring that all activities are flowing through Marketo.
This role is remote.
You’ll embed yourself deep in the world of trucking and help understand the forces that govern it. Working with geospatial, transportation, and economic data, you’ll help optimize the way freight moves throughout North America.
What You'll Do: Build and manage administration of Marketo as the marketing automation platform. Ensure our instance of Marketo is documented and team members trained on process Ensure a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs and integrations within Marketo-- SFDC, APIs, Data Enrichment, ABM, Website Establish and manage lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities Build and maintain the lead lifecycle Build, maintain and run data health checks ensuring the system always has clean data Support business users What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Marketo Admin with MCE certification is necessary Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field, focused experience or education in areas like analytics, consulting, operations or communications Experience managing complex integrations Experience with building and maintaining a Lead Lifecycle and Lead Scoring models Experience with SFDC and Bizible preferredCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of KeepTruckin's core values.
