Marketo Automation Manager - Adobe Marketo Certified Expert, responsible for platform management, enhancing the sales and marketing funnels to ensure smooth and efficient processes, extensive reporting to measure and validate marketing initiatives, and database management.About the Role:
Skyhigh Security is seeking a talented Marketo Automation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Adobe Marketo Certified Expert, responsible for platform management, enhancing the sales and marketing funnels to ensure smooth and efficient processes, extensive reporting to measure and validate marketing initiatives, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Build, maintain, and continuously improve Marketo programs and integrations to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Database and List Management: Maintain Marketo database hygiene and ensure proper data synchronization with Salesforce and other platforms; Upload contact lists to Marketo and ensure proper attribution and flow
Lead Tracking: Build and maintain programs to track leads throughout the lifecycle, using UTMs, gated content, and other measures to maximize attribution
Reporting: Continual reporting to measure marketing campaign performance; Collaboration and guidance on improvements based on metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Marketing, Data Analytics or Statistics, Project Management, or a related field
Adobe Marketo Certified Expert - an essential to this role (Salesforce Certification is a plus)
5-7 years minimum experience
Obsessive attention to detail and fervor for metrics-based problem solving
Results-oriented and committed to quality of product and processes
Strong research skills and desire to learn about a wide range of topics
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects from conception to final execution with excellence
Outstanding teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, creative, high energy, and resourceful
Strong project management skills and ability to work under deadline
